🎯 Requirements

Native Russian fluency; professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD or Prime Brokerage (Traditional Finance or Crypto).
Established CIS hedge fund & family office network.
Understanding of exchange ops: API, margin, custody.
Remote-first, fast-paced global team across time zones.
