Represent the exchange at regional events to build a high-trust network.

🎯 Requirements

Native Russian fluency and professional English (written and spoken).
5+ years in Institutional Sales, BD, or Prime Brokerage (Crypto or TradFi).
Established CIS hedge fund and family office network.
Strong knowledge of exchange ops: API connectivity, margins, custody.
Comfortable in a remote-first, global team across time zones.
