Collaborate with product/engineering to map client feedback for product changes.
Represent the exchange at regional events to build a trusted network.

🎯 Requirements

Native-level Russian (written and spoken) and professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD/Prime Brokerage (Finance or Crypto).
Established CIS hedge funds and family offices network.
Strong knowledge of exchange ops: API connectivity, margin, custody.
Comfortable in a remote-first, global team across time zones.
