Identify, pitch, and onboard CIS-region institutional clients (hedge funds, family offices).
Act as strategic partner; ensure access to liquidity, API, and bespoke trading services.
Develop and execute BD strategy for the Russian-speaking market; navigate local nuances.
Collaborate with product/engineering to relay feedback for the institutional suite.
Represent the exchange at regional events to build a high-trust institutional network.

🎯 Requirements

Native-level Russian; professional English (written and spoken).
5+ years in Institutional Sales, BD, or Prime Brokerage (TradFi or Crypto).
Established CIS hedge fund and family office network.
Strong understanding of exchange ops: API connectivity, margin trading, custody.
Ability to work in a remote-first, fast-paced, global team across time zones.
