📋 Description

• Identify, pitch, and onboard CIS-region institutional clients.
• Provide deep liquidity access via API and bespoke trading.
• Develop BD strategy for the Russian-speaking market.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to relay client feedback.
• Shape sub-account structures, custody solutions, and prime brokerage.
• Represent the exchange at regional events to build trust.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Russian (written and spoken) and professional English.
• 5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD or Prime Brokerage.
• Established CIS hedge fund and family office network.
• Strong knowledge of exchange ops: API, margin, custody.
• Experience in remote-first, global team across time zones.
• Consult and map tech capabilities to a fund's investment strategy.
