🎯 Requirements

Native-level Japanese and professional English
5+ years in institutional sales, BD, or relationship mgmt in tier-1 banks or fintech
Established network with Japanese banks, securities firms, asset managers
Deep understanding of Japanese regulatory landscape (FSA/JVCEA) for digital assets
Strong tech literacy: exchange infrastructure, custody, API trading
