🎯 Requirements

Native-level Japanese fluency (written/spoken) and professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales, BD, or Relationship Management.
Established network within Japanese banks, securities houses, or asset managers.
Deep understanding of Japanese regulatory landscape (FSA/JVCEA) for digital assets.
Strong technical literacy on exchange infrastructure, custody, and API trading.
Help institutions build a crypto strategy with liquidity, risk, and settlement insights.
