🎯 Requirements

Native-level Japanese (written and spoken) and professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD/Relationship Mgmt within Tier-1 banks or global fintech.
Established network within Japanese banks, securities firms, or asset managers.
Deep understanding of Japanese regulatory landscape (FSA/JVCEA) for digital assets.
Strong technical literacy on exchange infrastructure, custody, and API-driven trading.
Motivated by opening a high-barrier market and making us the preferred partner in Japan.
