🎯 Requirements

Native-level Japanese fluency (written and spoken) and professional-level English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales, BD, or Relationship Mgmt in Tier-1 banks or fintech.
Established network within Japanese banks, securities houses, or asset managers.
Deep understanding of Japanese regulatory landscape (FSA/JVCEA) for digital assets.
Strong technical literacy on exchange infrastructure, custody, and API-driven trading.
Driven to open a high-barrier market and become the preferred partner in Japan.
