🎯 Requirements

Native-level Japanese; professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD/Relationship Mgmt at Tier-1 banks or fintech.
Established network with Japanese banks, securities houses, or asset managers.
Deep knowledge of Japanese digital asset regulations (FSA/JVCEA).
Strong literacy in exchange infrastructure, custody, and API-driven trading.
Motivated to open Japan's high-barrier market and be Hyphen's preferred partner.
Knowledge of TradFi hurdles for Japanese institutions.
Familiar with Keigo and Ringi decision processes.
