Continuous tracking of competing tokenized credit / RWA yield products across major protocols
Identify gaps in the market and propose yield-bearing tokens with differentiated risk/return
Build investment thesis and positioning for each new product
Lead due diligence on new collateral pools or funds
Author investment memos for exec team and governance token holders
Build risk-monitoring dashboards and on-chain reporting

🎯 Requirements

5–10+ years in private credit, fixed income, or structured finance roles at banks or funds
Direct experience underwriting or monitoring loans, CLOs, ABS, or corporate credit
Active in the RWA/DeFi credit space with tokenization experience
Ability to write clear investment memos for crypto and tradfi committees
Bonus: prior structuring or product development experience on tokenized funds or yield products
Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage
