Instructional Coach, Literacy - Forest Hills, MI (Fixed-Term)

📋 Description

• The Instructional Coach, Literacy partners with district and school leaders to strengthen literacy
• Supports implementation of Amplify's literacy programs by building educator capacity and driving
• Collaborates with educators and leadership to tailor coaching strategies to district priorities.
• Travel locally across Forest Hills Public Schools area to support educators (up to 4 days/week).
• Deliver sessions virtually or in-person as needed, including professional development sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about literacy and deep knowledge of structured literacy
• 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 ELA teaching experience with demonstrable results
• Experience leading coaching engagements and PD for educators
• Experience analyzing data to inform practice
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) and related tools
