🎯 Requirements

Passionate about literacy with deep knowledge of structured literacy
5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 ELA teaching experience
Experience leading coaching and PD for educators in K-5 or 6-8
Experience analyzing data to inform practice; strong communication skills
Proficient with Google Workspace; able to travel locally (up to 4 days/week)
