📋 Description

• Lead professional learning around Amplify CKLA, ELA, and mCLASS.
• Collaborate with educators to enhance implementation and plan literacy instruction using assessment
• Recommend strategies to leaders to improve outcomes and equity, including English Learners.
• Observe classrooms and provide coaching to strengthen literacy program use.
• Facilitate PLCs and office-hour consultations; support data analysis and instructional planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about literacy and knowledge of structured literacy.
• Experience leading sustained coaching for K-5 or 6-8 educators.
• 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 ELA teaching with proven results.
• Experience collaborating with leaders and teachers; data-informed practice.
• Strong communication skills; proficient with Google Workspace tools.
