• Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain complex learning solutions
• Execute learning strategies and programs for effective experiences
• Measure learning outcomes and recommend improvements
• Contribute SME input to learning initiatives
• Collaborate with agile teams on large-scale learning projects
• Develop learning solutions aligned to org strategy and skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four-year degree preferred
• 3+ years in instructional design or related field
• Strong grasp of ADDIE and adult learning theory
• Experience translating business needs into learning solutions
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Audition, Camtasia, Synthesia AI, LMS
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate learning effectiveness
