Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with SMEs to structure content and align with learning objectives.
• Design and update engaging eLearning materials using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
• Perform detailed instructional quality assurance to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Manage learner enrollment, access, and reporting in WorkRamp or similar LMS.
• Maintain clear documentation on course content, development progress, and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present ideas confidently.
• Experience with eLearning tools, especially Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
• Basic photo and video editing to enhance content.
• Foundational cybersecurity concepts understanding.
