Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional content for onboarding, internal enablement, and product education
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and client teams to create learning assets
• Write scripts for training videos, demos, and product walkthroughs
• Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable learning experiences
• Create interactive guides, motion graphics, and live training materials for feature rollouts
• Leverage design tools to produce branded layouts and learning templates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or enablement in SaaS/tech
• Strong adult learning principles and performance-based design
• Proficiency in Figma for visual design and prototyping
• Experience with e-learning/motion design tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, After
• Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive learning assets
• Excellent communication and storytelling across visual, written, and verbal media
