📋 Description

• Strategize and design comprehensive customer learning programs for the Pigment Academy with SMEs
• Develop engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities (e-learning, video, interactive
• Translate deep product knowledge into clear, accessible customer content.
• Manage end-to-end instructional design lifecycle from needs analyses to assessments and evaluations.
• Ensure materials reflect latest features and innovations with product releases.
• Stay ahead of trends in learning and development, including AI-powered technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of instructional design experience (SaaS/EPM a plus).
• Strong command of authoring tools: Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset; use insights to inform design decisions.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
