Instructional Designer / Content Developer

📋 Description

• Design and develop eLearning modules, videos, graphics, simulations, job aids, and other assets.
• Translate complex information into learner-friendly experiences.
• Manage tasks, milestones, and communicate status.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.
• Apply instructional design best practices and design thinking.
• Use modern authoring and design tools to build assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 2-3 years in adult learning or instructional design; pharma/regulated industry preferred.
• Strong fundamentals of instructional design and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, graphics/video tools, and/or simulations.
• Ability to rapidly develop high-quality digital learning assets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with SMEs.
