📋 Description

• Lead onboarding cohorts from kickoff through graduation
• Build and maintain onboarding content and guides
• Teach platform fundamentals to new hires
• Run hands-on exercises and assessments
• Track cohort progress and improve content

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in training delivery or onboarding
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• Experience teaching via Zoom/Teams
• Strong written communication
• Organized and able to manage multiple cohorts
• MS Office and Google Workspace knowledge
