Instrumentation & Controls Technician, Solar Cells (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Support integration and commissioning of vendor equipment into central SCADA (Ignition) and line
• Perform safe electrical work within LOTO, arc-flash, guarding, interlock, and restart verification
• Maximize uptime through troubleshooting of electromechanical, robotic, pneumatic, and control
• Wire, commission and maintain industrial panels and field devices to NFPA 79 & UL 508A
• Diagnose PLCs, HMIs, alarms, sequences, and I/O status
• Set up sensors, IO-Link devices, encoders, and industrial networks

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years in manufacturing with mech/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems or a bachelor in
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70/70E/79 and UL 508A
• Hands-on fault finding, wiring, schematics reading, and basic diagnostics
• Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000
• Experience with SCADA (Ignition), VFDs, robots, conveyors, AMRs/AGVs, industrial networks
