Insurance Case Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of pending or stalled life insurance apps
• Diagnose why cases get stuck and drive to resolution with carriers and teams
• Lead calls with carrier partners on status, aging, blockers, and plans
• Identify systemic patterns to improve processes and outcomes
• Collaborate across underwriting, new business, policy admin, and agents
• Document case actions and status in Salesforce and internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in life insurance case management, new business, or policy administration
• Ability to diagnose blockers and drive resolution with minimal oversight
• Experience with carrier underwriting or new business collaboration
• Strong analytical skills to spot trends across a portfolio
• Salesforce experience preferred; Mode/Hex/SQL skills a significant plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication for carrier-facing calls

🎁 Benefits

• US base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (base only)
