Insurance Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and manage agent-facing marketing collateral across lines of business
• Coordinate, design, edit, and distribute product sheets, presentations, and resources
• Maintain product accuracy; reflect rate changes and product revisions in materials
• Support agent-to-customer selling with clear, compelling content
• Coordinate timelines and approvals across multiple projects
• Collaborate with sales, product, legal, underwriting to stay on-brand and compliant

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience; experience with independent agents preferred
• Practical insurance knowledge, especially P&C products for independent-agent channel
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong written communication and ability to translate complex insurance info into clear content
• Design skills with PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Familiarity with compliance processes; proficiency with MS Office
