Insurance Servicing Specialist

📋 Description

• Front-line servicing of policies via phone, email, and chat in a fully digital environment
• Work with customers, carriers, agents, loan officers, and third parties to ensure policies are
• Handle post-bind servicing, renewals, non-renewals, underwriting issues, cancellations, and policy
• Operate with independence, initiative, and sound judgment with autonomy
• Maintain timely resolutions across 35+ carrier systems and multiple internal platforms
• Notate interactions across systems following company formatting

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute)
• 1-3 years of insurance experience, ideally home/auto
• Experience using GSuites (preferred)
