📋 Description

• Support investigation of issues affecting administration of Ethos insurance policies
• Document operational incidents and track trends and recurring issues
• Assist with internal triage of product and policy inquiries from customer-facing teams
• Collaborate with senior team to communicate known issues and product changes to internal
• Process financial and administrative tasks related to new launches and product stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in the U.S. insurance industry; familiarity with policy administration and
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Analytical mindset; curiosity for how systems and processes work
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking questions to clarify next steps
• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and other productivity tools
• Effective communicator; can summarize findings with context to peers
