🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years as a Team Manager or Operations Leader in contact center/BPO.
Minimum 3 years in Life and/or Disability Insurance operations.
Minimum 3 years managing inbound contact center teams.
Strong knowledge of Disability products (STD, LTD, FMLA, State Leave).
Data analysis, coaching, and performance improvement skills.
Excellent communication and proficiency with MS Office.
