• Policy renewal and servicing lifecycle support
• Maintain renewal tracking systems for policy activity
• Prepare and send renewal solicitations to clients
• Coordinate renewal processes with insurance carriers
• Create branded quotes, payment instructions, and renewal materials
• Review payments and renewal documentation for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months related experience or training
• Basic insurance knowledge or courses (INS21, INS22, INS23)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication
