🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
Proficient in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal skills
2 years of B2C or B2B customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office and online chat tools
Ability to engage customers with personalized solutions
Willingness to travel up to 2 times/year within the US
