Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations, from technical review through testing and go-live.
• Configure, validate, troubleshoot integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat-file connections.
• Investigate complex data, mapping, and tracking issues; identify root causes and drive durable
• Manage multiple integrations and support tickets in parallel while meeting SLA expectations.
• Document solutions, edge cases, and best practices to reduce repeat issues and improve onboarding.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to work through ambiguous problems.
• Familiarity with data mapping, validation, and testing practices.
• Experience with Postman, JSON/XML, SQL, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Kibana, or similar tools.
