Assemble, install, and test flight hardware per procedures and test instructions
Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
Operate precision tools: torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers
Perform high-pressure pneumatic testing
Collaborate with production engineers and quality personnel on integration
Maintain ESD compliance and safe, high-quality workmanship

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
6+ years hardware assembly, test, or installation experience
Aerospace/high-reliability environment experience preferred
FAA A&P license preferred
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and travel for extended periods
