  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware per procedures and test instructions
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Operate precision tools: torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers
  • Perform high-pressure pneumatic testing
  • Collaborate with production engineers and quality personnel on integration
  • Maintain ESD compliance and safe, high-quality workmanship

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 6+ years hardware assembly, test, or installation experience
  • Aerospace/high-reliability environment experience preferred
  • FAA A&P license preferred
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and travel for extended periods
