  • Full-time, on-site role in Long Beach, CA supporting integration operations for Haven-1 and beyond.
  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware; read and interpret technical drawings; follow detailed
  • Work with Avionics, Propulsion, and Structures systems; perform high pressure pneumatic testing.
  • Collaborate with production engineers and quality personnel; follow standard ESD best practices.
  • Support equipment and tooling using precision measuring devices; operate various mechanical tools.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for vehicle testing and integration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in hardware assembly, test, and/or installation.
  • Experience in aerospace/high-reliability environments preferred.
  • FAA Airframe and PowerPlant license preferred; IPC/J-STD-001 and related certifications beneficial.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, torque
  • Experience with cleanroom environments; strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace; forklift/crane experience a plus.
