Integration & Test Specialist (Starlink Propulsion) - 1st Shift

📋 Description

• Operate propulsion test systems to maintain production rate
• Troubleshoot test system errors via logs and telemetry
• Support production, engineering, and qualification tests
• Implement new configurations in production area
• Design fixtures, tooling, and shop aids to improve processes
• Propose design/process/layout changes to improve yield and cost

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a technical role or bachelor’s in engineering
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and software tools (Git, SVN, JIRA)
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor)
• Experience with electronics testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers
• Hands-on fabrication tools experience (CNC/manual mills, lathes, waterjet, band saws)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
