Integrator / General Manager

📋 Description

• EOS Execution: Lead weekly L10s, maintain scorecard, track rocks and to-dos.
• Team Leadership: Conduct weekly 1:1s, onboard new hires, remote morale.
• Operational Management: Filter CEO, day-to-day decisions, SOPs, tools/vendors.
• Reporting: Weekly updates and monthly summaries to CEO; flag risks.
• Project Management: Oversee launches and cross-functional projects; maintain Asana trackers.
• Hiring Support: Manage recruitment funnel, screen candidates, tests, onboard.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a remote team of 3–6 people.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce ops: Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop.
• Strong written English: L10 notes, SOPs, weekly updates.
• Familiarity with EOS or willingness to learn quickly.
• Independent decision-making without constant CEO involvement.
• EST overlap: 9 AM–5 PM EST, 4 days/week.
