📋 Description

• Assist with patent and trademark searches
• Maintain patent, trademark and copyright dockets
• File patent, trademark, and copyright applications and outgoing prosecution items with the USPTO
• Prepare IP updates and other legal issue materials
• Timely review and respond to incoming correspondence from patent offices and foreign counsel
• Respond professionally to Cricut member IP-related questions

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of patents, copyrights, and trademarks, and other IP matters
• Experience with foreign and domestic patent prosecution and maintenance
• Positive demeanor with strong organizational skills
• Excellent proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Legal search methodologies and enforcement protocols
• Superior analytical and communication skills with ability to change communication style based on
