🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining backend apps with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience delivering software as part of a larger engineering team.
• Ability to investigate problems, gather context, and drive practical resolutions.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Clear communication and collaboration in a distributed team.
• Frontend development experience (JavaScript or Vue.js) is helpful.
