We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to support our growing Japan Customer
Work with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to improve customer operations
Collaborate on Customer Success Operations tasks and cross-functional initiatives.
Office attendance required in Tokyo, with a 6–12 month commitment.

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Fluent in Japanese and comfortable with English reading/writing
Basic computer skills (Mac); familiarity with Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus
CRM/Salesforce familiarity and ability to manage contacts and accounts
