Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
Aptitude for navigating complex challenges with data-driven solutions
Strong foundation in SQL and quantitative analysis; synthesize large datasets into insights
Experience building dashboards/reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus
Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
