Intern Online Training Translation (Korean speaking)

📋 Description

• Localization expert translating Celonis Academy content into Korean.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create/translate online training materials.
• Ensure content is culturally adapted; analyze qualitative/quantitative feedback to improve courses.
• Work with translation tools and maintain language-specific resources.
• Report to the Team Lead - Online training as part of Celonis Academy.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-speaker level proficiency in English and Korean
• Background in translation, linguistics, or related field
• Structured work approach; quickly grasp new topics
• Learner-centered mindset
• Experience with authoring tools a plus (e.g., Articulate Rise, Thought Industries)
• Experience with Translation Management Systems a plus (e.g., Transifex, Smartling, GlobalLink, SDLX)
