Internal Applications Engineer - Network Evolution

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, API integrations, and AI-powered internal tools.
• Work across workflow automation, system integrations, data pipelines, and user-facing apps.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ship production-ready solutions.
• Automate processes using generative AI and orchestration platforms.
• Integrate Bandwidth’s operational platforms (HubSpot, ServiceNow) and maintain data flows to
• Develop internal tooling with React and FastAPI on container-based infra.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript in production context.
• REST API integration experience; familiar with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL; familiar with AI development tools (Claude Code, OpenAI, etc.).
• Testing exposure (Pytest, Vitest) and a habit of writing tests with code.
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS); API authentication patterns.
