Internal Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operational and financial audits and advisory engagements
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with audit quality focus
• Review and oversee audit deliverables and QAIP readiness
• Direct and coach onshore, offshore, and co-sourced audit resources
• Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and audit planning
• Build relationships with leadership to position audit as a strategic partner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing internal audit engagements
• Experience reviewing work of other auditors, incl. offshore/co-sourced
• Strong knowledge of COSO and internal audit methodologies
• Familiarity with IIA standards and QA principles
• Excellent communication to senior leadership
• Data analytics or AI in audit experience is a plus
