🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in internal/operational audit.
• 3+ years in operational audit focused on business processes.
• Experience leading audits from planning to reporting.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and internal controls.
• Experience with data analytics to support audit work.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or emerging tech in audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CIA preferred.
