📋 Description

• Own internal events from concept to execution across online, offline, and hybrid formats.
• Design engaging employee experiences, including celebrations and team-building.
• Create and manage branded corporate merchandise from idea to production and delivery.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, travel logistics, production, and budgets.
• Manage the internal events calendar to support culture and business priorities.
• Oversee photo and video production reflecting brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in event management.
• Proven experience delivering online and offline events independently.
• Proven experience creating branded merchandise from scratch (concept, sourcing, production, QC).
• Strong project management and organizational skills; manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern event/brand experiences.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
