Internal Events Manager

📋 Description

• Lead internal events strategy, design, and execution for a remote-first organization.
• Partner with leaders to translate objectives into engaging event formats and agendas.
• Develop scalable frameworks, governance models, and planning methodologies.
• Establish best practices for gatherings, leadership meetings, onboarding, training, and offsites.
• Create structured processes for budgeting, attendee engagement, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in event management, experience design, consulting, hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years leading and developing teams with coaching experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex events and large-scale organizational experiences.
• Experience building frameworks, operating models, or programs from the ground up.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting skills, and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to operate in ambiguous environments.
