📋 Description

• Manage own clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis
• Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling to employees and dependents
• Maintain autonomy over hours and case volumes with Lyra tools and support
• Use evidence-based modalities in an EAP context (CBT, SFBT, ACT)
• Ensure administrative compliance and data privacy via Lyra platform
• See clients in-person in Melbourne and Brisbane when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical experience
• Registered with local governing body as psychologist, counsellor, or clinical social worker
• Experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP)
• Ability to conduct brief, structured interventions; psychoanalytic background welcomed
• Secure space with high-speed internet for telehealth; own office space for in-person sessions
