📋 Description

• Role: Affiliate providing short-term counseling to corporate employees and dependents in Japan on a
• Manage own clinical caseload with autonomy over hours and case volumes.
• Accept cases referred by Lyra’s global clients; utilize Lyra tools and admin support.
• Typical care: short-term counseling (1 to 8 sessions) in EAP context.
• Practice evidence-based modalities: CBT, SFBT, ACT; maintain data privacy and use Lyra platform for
• In-person sessions available in Aizuwakamatsu, Osaka or Miho with telehealth capable setup.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work.
• Experience: at least 3 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registration: licensed as psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker in Japan.
• Modality: proven experience in short-term therapy or EAP; able to perform brief, structured
• Tech Setup: secure space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.
• Have own office space to see clients in-person in Aizuwakamatsu, Osaka or Miho.
