📋 Description

• Manage your own clinical caseload on a flexible contract basis.
• Accept cases referred by Lyra’s global clients for short-term counseling.
• Maintain autonomy over hours and case volumes with Lyra’s tools and training.
• Provide brief, high-quality counseling (1–8 sessions) to employees and dependents.
• Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, SFBT, ACT) in an EAP context.
• Cultural and linguistic adaptation to Senegalese norms.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registered with local governing body as psychologist, counselor, or social worker.
• Experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).
• Secure space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.
• Must be locally based and authorized to practice; in-person and online sessions.
• Use Lyra's secure platform for scheduling, notes, and privacy.
