International Channel & Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Manage 40+ international distributors across EMEA, LATAM, APAC
• Own international sales plan; drive distribution performance outside US/Canada
• Source, qualify, recruit distribution partners; negotiate and onboard
• Manage distributor contracts and renewals
• Lead onboarding, certification, enablement, and education with cross-functional teams
• Develop distributor certification program; drive partner capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in partner/reseller/channel management in global environment
• Experience negotiating multi-jurisdictional contracts
• Experience selling into or managing sales within healthcare systems
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into insights
• Proven track record of B2B partnerships
