Internship: Ticket Sales (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description

• The Ticket Sales Intern will support ticket sales initiatives for Washington Mystics and related
• Assist with group sales activities and event planning efforts.
• Make introductory phone calls to sales prospects and support marketing items for group programs.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Group Sales, and Membership Services teams to meet revenue goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and passion for sports industry and sales.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with social media tools.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication; ability to provide outstanding customer
