Inventory Control Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory management in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain inventory control policies aligned with aerospace standards (AS9100).
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and engineering for material traceability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including lot traceability and serialization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in inventory/warehouse/supply chain in manufacturing (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 and traceability requirements.
• SOX/COSO familiarity; lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Leadership experience managing teams; analytical and organizational skills.
