Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Audit finished goods across cultivation, extraction, kitchen, packaging, and warehouse using state
• Coordinate with cultivation to create new plantings in METRC using clone logs.
• Create METRC compliance tags for individual plants and reconcile physical vs online inventory.
• Verify and count production received from manufacturing and support order fulfillment with picking
• Document data to maintain internal policies and regulatory compliance; report discrepancies timely.
• Support quarterly audits and cross-department compliance reporting; train others on data collection

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year inventory auditing and cycle counts experience
• 1+ year experience with digital inventory systems
• 1+ year in distribution, order fulfillment, or warehouse environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and data integrity skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with cannabis industry compliance is a plus
